Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only — any software build, licence or consultancy engagement with Zelos System Services Ltd is governed by its own separate written agreement, which takes precedence for that work.

1. Who we are

Zelos Systems is a trading name of Zelos System Services Ltd (“Zelos”, “we”, “us”), a UK software studio that designs, builds and operates bespoke software platforms. Contact: luke@zelos.services.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, branding and code — and all software products shown or referenced on it (including Inspection OS) are and remain the intellectual property of Zelos System Services Ltd. Clients use Zelos software under licence; no engagement transfers ownership of the underlying platform, code or IP unless expressly agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce or reuse material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Product imagery and figures

Screens, dashboards, charts and figures shown on this website are illustrative product demonstrations. They show what the software does; they are not statements about any named client or their data.

4. Acceptable use

5. No warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. While we work to keep information accurate and the site available, we make no warranties that either will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on this site constitutes professional advice for your specific circumstances.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelos System Services Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Third-party links

Where this site links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
