Profit doesn’t leak from bad people. It leaks from bad systems.

Zelos builds the software a business actually runs on — quoting, invoicing, scheduling, compliance, reporting, automation. Designed around how you really work, so the money stops falling through the gaps between your tools.

The premise

Every business leaks money in the same six places.

Fire alarms, concrete, clinics, pallets — same six leaks. They all come from information living in someone’s head or inbox instead of in a system.

LEAK 01

Quotes that go out late — or never go out at all.

30–50% · of quotes are never chased a second time

Priced on the back of a van, typed up three days later, emailed once, forgotten. A system quotes the same day and chases on a schedule.

LEAK 03

Hours lost in the gaps between jobs.

4–7 hrs · per person, per week, to bad scheduling

Wrong part on the van, so it’s a second visit. An hour on the phone finding out if a job is done. Scheduling and live status turn that back into chargeable time.

LEAK 04

The certificate nobody can find.

Contract-ending · when an audit asks for proof you can’t produce

Evidence in inboxes isn’t evidence. Track every item against its due date, refuse to close a job without proof, and price the remedials your engineers already found.

LEAK 05

Decisions made on last month’s guess.

4–6 weeks · behind reality is where most reporting sits

See the margin slipping on a contract in week two, not at year end. Clients get their report on the first — nobody compiles a thing.

LEAK 06

Salaried people, re-typing things.

8–14 hrs · a week, per admin, on work a machine should do

The most expensive work in the building, because it’s skilled people doing unskilled work. Automations run the whole chain and nobody has to remember.

How we build

Fast to build. Hard to break.

Built quickly, then stress-tested, security-hardened and independently cross-verified before it ever touches your data.

01 · SCOPE

Map the operation

We map how your business actually runs before a line of code. Free, and the map is yours either way.

02 · DESIGN

Architect it right

Data, permissions, security and interface — built to be lived in daily, not demoed once.

03 · HARDEN

Stress-tested & secured

Penetration-tested, load-tested and independently cross-verified before it goes live.

04 · SCALE

Live & growing

We run it, patch it and extend it. You’re never left holding software nobody maintains.

How it works commercially

Four ways in. Start wherever it hurts.

Start wherever it hurts. Most clients start small, see it land, then go further.

ENTRY

Website or portal

£2,500–£8,000fixed price

Fast, findable, built to convert — and built properly, so it still works in three years.

QUICK WIN

Automation sprint

£3,000–£7,000fixed price

One painful process, killed end to end. The fastest way to find out if we’re any good.

THE BUILD

From £18,000phased, priced per phase

Built in phases, so you see working software early and often.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

What kind of businesses do you build for?

Any business with a real operation behind it — trades, services, clinics, wholesalers. The sector matters less than the symptom: work tracked in spreadsheets and money going missing in the gaps. Usually 5–250 staff.

Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?

Often you should, and we’ll tell you so. Custom earns its keep when a package would force you to change a process that’s actually your advantage — or when you’re running three tools and a spreadsheet to do one job.

What does it cost?

Websites £2,500–£8,000. An automation sprint £3,000–£7,000. A full system from £18,000, priced per phase. Fixed price after a discovery session, and discovery is free.

How long does it take?

Websites and automation sprints, two to four weeks. A full system is phased — the first usable version is normally live in six to ten weeks.

Who owns the code?

You do, handed over in your own GitHub organisation. We’d rather you stayed because the work is good than because leaving is painful.

What happens after it’s built?

We host, patch, support and keep improving it on a per-seat licence. Or you take it in-house — your call, and we hand over cleanly either way.

Tell us what your business runs on today.

Spreadsheets, paper, or software that fights you — we’ll map it and show you what it’s costing. The discovery session is free, and you keep the map whether you build with us or not.

We reply within one working day.
