Our work

We’d rather show you the software than count our logos.

We’re a young studio and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we will do is open the systems we’ve built and let you drive them — which tells you far more about whether we can build yours than a wall of names ever would.

◆ FLAGSHIP SYSTEM

Inspection OS

A complete compliance operating system for fire & security and building-safety firms, designed and built by us. It tracks every device against the British Standard its work is judged against, refuses to let a job close without proof, and turns the faults engineers find into priced quotes.

  • Rolling coverage engineEvery device tracked against BS 5839-1’s 12-month rule — nothing slips a service.
  • Enforcement gateNo job closes without evidence — “all fine” becomes a record, not a claim.
  • Golden-thread audit trailEvery test timestamped and exportable, for the legal, accredited and insured.
  • Findings become revenueRemedial faults are priced and quoted automatically instead of being forgotten.

One system, two places

On the van. And in the office.

The engineer sees only today’s work and can capture it with no signal. The office sees everything, live. Same record, same second — no paperwork crossing the gap between them.

What’s actually in it

Thirty-eight modules in orbit around one record.

This is the scale a real operating system runs to. Your build won’t need all of it — it will need its own version of about a third. The part that matters is the centre: everything writes to the same record, so nothing has to be reconciled later.

Rosae Fitness

A women-only fitness studio in Rochester, Kent. Booking-led, with the offer, the classes and the coach’s story doing the selling — designed, built and deployed by us on a fast static stack, with a real enquiry and booking flow behind it rather than a mailto link.

What we’re working on now

There’s a second site in build and a systems project in scoping. We don’t put work on this page until it’s live and the client is happy for us to — which is why this page is short and honest rather than long and padded.

If you want references, ask us on the call. We’d rather introduce you to someone real than print a quote nobody can verify.

The studio

Small on purpose.

Who you actually deal with

Luke — founder, and the person who builds it

Zelos is deliberately small. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the code, no junior quietly inheriting your project six weeks in, and nothing that gets explained to someone else before it reaches me. You describe the problem to the person who solves it.

That has a limit and it’s only fair to name it: I take on a small number of builds at once. If the timing doesn’t work I’ll tell you at the first call rather than take the deposit and make you wait.

Want to see Inspection OS running?

Twenty minutes, screen shared, no slides. You drive it and ask awkward questions — that’s the fastest way to judge whether we can build yours.

We reply within one working day.
